Queenstown to Sheffield & onto Devonport

A couple of days since the last post & quite a few places visited. It really is full on for places to see.
Lots of pictographs.

Derwent River day out

Quite a big day out to Derwent River & back to Queenstown. The highlight was 'The Wall' but no photos were allowed there, so I will not mention it further.
We said goodbye to Bostons yesterday evening as they were heading South East & after today we are heading North West. As luck would have it we met up again for lunch at the lovely tavern in Derwent Bridge & then said goodbye again.

The boat ramp next to the free camp at Lake Burbury.

Heading up the mountain to Maconhagy lookout.

Some interesting looking fruit, but I was not quite game enough to taste it.

There was a little fenced off lookout at the top of this rock. It had a great view.
I will call it 'Top Of The Rock Lookout'.

'Frenchmans Cap', from 'Top Of The Rock Lookout'.

A moss covered stump. There's lots of moss here. it was 8 degrees at midday today.
I love the weather here.
